The drivers are nice and it only costs $1.25 per ride, even if you have to transfer to another route. They cover all of Texarkana and a good bit of the surrounding area.

I require this service to get to and from work and would really rather not give a bad review. The service itself is fine and necessary for many of us. But there is one driver who makes this experience so much worse for so many people. I got on yesterday paid and went to sit down (this was less than 15 seconds btw) and before I could get in the seat he took off wrenching my back severely. I then had to woryan 8 hour shift in agony. I've witnessed him say truly disgusting things to several homeless women. Make comments about r*pe. And saw him cause a disabled man to fall hard on the steps when he refused to put the ramp down. He showed no concern just impatience and scorn. He's called me a liar twice when he didn't give me a transfer ticket and when I tried to get one at the station he said "you people are always trying to get one over on us." Every time I see he's on my route I just steel myself for nonsense. So T-Line can you please try not to hire bullies who think it's funny to break check people?

Friendly staff, bus conditions need improvement dramatically, but other wise it's a ride that's affordable

It was raining hard and the bus driver would not allow a passenger to stop away from the deep water standing at the bus stop. Very unkind, and some drivers there do allow this accommodation.
