I had the pleasure of working with Kandal at Clayton-Texarkana. She was fast to find out the answers to all of my MANY questions. If she wasnt sure she definitely reached out and found an answer. She is very knowledgeable about the home owning process. Best experience, would definitely recommend!!!!!

For the past several months my family and I have been working with Clayton Homes. While we have decided to go another route, it has nothing to do with them, more to do with easement issues. Our rep Summer Harvin has been more than wonderful working with us from day one. Shes very understanding and doesnt mind answering any questions you have. Summer has always been very professional and always asks about my girls, making them feel apart of the whole experience. I hate things didnt work out, but if we ever have the opportunity to work with Clayton homes again, we will be looking for Summer!

Kandal was a great help and because she decided to remember my wife and I once a sale fell through we now get to experience what it is to own a home for the first time. I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional realtor, Victoria Taloff, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I met Victoria, I was struck by her professionalism, attention to detail, and her genuine desire to help me find the perfect home. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and she was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. What really stood out to me, however, was Vicotria's unwavering commitment to my satisfaction and my absolute happiness. Not only was she responding to my messages at 10:00 in the night, and she was more than happy to do so. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with every aspect of the home-buying experience, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal. She sent out the best people to work on the home both inside and out and ALWAYS made sure that everything was done to my absolute satisfaction, and if it weren't, it would be re-done. I cannot begin to express how much I have enjoyed the home buying process with Clayton Homes. Victoria has, without a doubt, been one of the best people I have ever worked with. She has dealt with my constant questions and anxiety with grace and unending patience. Their response times are fantastic! We just ordered our home this week and I am beyond excited, and a large part of that has been the absolute flawlessness the process has been. I also spent some time working with Taylor who was also incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. I cannot recommend Clayton Homes, Victoria and the whole gang enough. Not once have I felt like I was just a sell or they were only there for my money. They are honestly the most genuine and kind people I have ever worked with. My husband who was a manufactured home wary person is just as excited as I am after the reassurances and information Victoria provided for the quality and reliability of Clayton's homes. I can't wait to be in our new home!!
