If I could rate this entire program a 0 I would. I have my reasons.

No communication, whats so ever! They knew I would be coming to pick up my wife and instead of keeping her they got her an Uber and sent her to Killeen and never contacted me. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

I personally want to give this clinic 0 stars. I tried calling early in the morning to talk to a patient here in the clinic, and whoever was the receptionist this morning interrupted me by saying "we are on lunch" and they hung up on me. I can only hope that the patience within this clinic are treated better, this was not professional at all.

This place is dangerous. They will not address concerns or even general questions - even when they respond to this review 'please reach out to us so we can address your concerns directly.' nothing happens. The front desk won't take my calls, they just placed me on hold without even saying hello. I know it sounds like I've been calling them incessantly and they're just done with me. I've called only 3 times. Once, I just simply asked for my brother and gave the code. Got transfered and the phone just rang indefinitely. Next day I called. Had some general questions. I asked two questions and the front desk clerk didn't want to answer them I guess bc she put me on an indefinite hold. I called back and I think she's just picking up the phone and placing me on hold immediately. Canyon Creek, you can reach out to me directly if you want to actually address concerns.

If I could give it a zero I would. I only went back here this time because I had been 6 months ago with a very positive ending however this time was total nightmare. Psych asked absolutely no questions about meds I had been on or even the meds that I was on and completely took me off all of the important ones tried to give me stuff that I had told them the last time didn't work and had me all messed up. Rona in particular the tech has completely lost all respect I ever had for her. I don't appreciate being manipulated or lied to by people in positions of power. Do not go here do not take your family here do not suggest it to your friends because they do not have their s*** together by any means. Rude aggressive and totally unable to come to any sort of Middle ground whatsoever. I am the patient I'm there they're taking me off of all my meds and they expect me to not react and then act like I'm some kind of convict because they've taken me off of all of my meds and I'm a little bit irrational and angry. I point blank asked for a different psych and they would not give me another one even though I signed a piece of paper. They would not send me home with any meds and just treated me mostly with aggression or as if they didn't really care what I was going through because they had screwed up my meds. Horrible experience I'll never go back.
