    Left hospital a week ago. Encompass came as ambulance came to take to hospital because couldn't pee through catheter. They did nothing til I called 5 days later to spur them on to go back out. They arrived as he was getting a paid driver to take him for emergency urology appt. The HH person refused to let him leave at 1st. So because he did not say he couldn't see him 'now, they closed his file. Now a week later, he hasn't had any care and Encompass keeps passing me around to different people. Who either don't return my call or says they can't do anything. Just horrible. Less than 1 star.

    Very satisfied with there service last month I had a visit from my health care team as I started having chest pain to the point the called 911 I was transported by EMS to the hosp with a stemi heart attack winded up ASAP in the Cath lab ball on angioplasty with 2 main ateries blocked 100% I don't remember anything g once I was in the ambulance If it was not for the quick thinking and fast action from encompass health team I would not be alive today I recommend them very much

    Encompass Health deserves less than one star. As a disabled veteran I do not recall ever being treated so poorly by an organization, and denied medical/rehabilitative services for which I was eligible and deserved. Jeremy from Occupational Therapy dropped the ball, failed to show for appointment he schedule, and essentially cut me off from needed care for over a month. When the dressing for my wound came undone, I called the nurses, but never received care. Because my appointments were usually at the end of the day, it was not uncommon for Encompass personnel to cancel and I not receive the care for which I was due. I caught Encompass staff in a bold face lie, and they had little to nothing to say. What could they; as they had established a pattern of denying me services. If you have ANY other choice, look elsewhere for home health services.
