I was anticipating a thank you when I got home. My wife's birthday. Nothing arrived. No delivery. Ordered on Monday 01/23. Paid. Confirmation email. Today is Wednesday 01/25 7pm. Nothing. Not a call, no text, no email. If the system that was broken and you think is now fixed is likely broken. Too late. Her birthday is over and any resolution will be after the fact. Update 1 01/26/23: An obviously irritated employee took my info this morning when I called to report that my order was not delivered. She didn't seem to be surprised or care much about the problem. Said she would "let him know" and he would call me. Update 2 01/26/23: received email of credit card refund. No call from shop. Use this shop and take on the risk of no show. Expect no customer service and no apology.

Every year for 20 years I have sent my mom flowers on her birthday. A few years ago, when they moved to Texas, I had to find a new florist. Woods Flowers has never disappointed! Their arrangements are gorgeous and their customer service is impeccable! They have helped with last minute orders, custom orders, and everything in between. Carol at Woods Flowers understands the reasons we all want a great looking arrangements and puts her heart into it. You can't go wrong with Woods!

We ordered these flowers for my daughter-in-law. She was having a horrible time. The order arrived quickly, the flowers were beautifully arranged and she loved them! Most importantly they made her smile! The customer service is top-notch, when you call you aren't made to feel as if you are a number. The website is easy to navigate and order from. We will use them again!

Ive been ordering flowers from Woods flowers for several years now. Ive always had a great experience. Unfortunately, the last two times Ive ordered flowers to be delivered, they were not delivered. Two times in a row! Both times I ordered the flowers early in the morning to ensure same day delivery. The second time I even got a confirmation email that they were delivered! I had to call the shop both times for these deliveries. I want to recommend them because they are very apologetic and make beautiful bouquets but after two failed attempts I just cant leave a good review.
