I didn't catch her name, but the very lovely clerk with piercings and short dark hair was very kind and helpful at the counter. I love Sally's Beauty Salon! Such a wonderful place to get my hair care fix

Its 10:30 and it says the store opens at 9. The door was locked, cash register was open, and no one was inside. Waste of time coming to this location. I tried calling also

I went to the Temple location today and had a new cc account with Sally's but no physical card yet and the young lady that helped me was super patient and friendly! I wish I knew her name so I could acknowledge her in particular.

Just want to say Thank you SO MUCH Chelsea for helping me out!!! Sally's didn't have what I needed in stocks for my Salon and Stylists but was able to direct me to where I could find the product!!! So thankful you were Awesome! Will be coming back to Sallys

Great experience. I messed up my hair and the customer service I received was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed to get to fix my orange hair I love Halloween, but that's not what I was going for . I'll definitely be back.
