        If I could give 10 plus stars I would! I have lived here since 2016 and have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Bridgit and Aubrey are very attentive and helpful to any of my needs, while also being super courteous and kind. Maintenance team is the best of the best! Same day service. Very quiet complex with mature trees. The property is very well kept and beautiful. I am grateful to be able to call this place Home!

        One of the best, if not the best, apartment I have ever lived in. Firstly it's very affordable for what you get. The units were clean, spacious, and I never once felt like I had to worry about crime. I'd frequently get packages, and never had one go missing. Also, the staff is great. Maintenance was always incredibly responsive, friendly, and quite honestly would go above and beyond. The only bad thing I could say is just because of how close you are to I-35, the freeway drone is always present, but also not super loud. Overall, if I ever move back to Temple, I'd move back in here without a second thought.

        Overall, a very (almost) quiet place to live. Some of the neighbors like to rev their noisy engines as they come around the corner, not TOO bad though. One problem: The owners seem unwilling to clean up, cut down, the trees that died during last winters storm and the place does look a bit trashed. Talking with the office doesn't do any good, they say, "it's the owners decision." That doesn't help. It still looks trashed out!
