Regency Manor Healthcare Center

I have to say, our Family was very impressed with this Nursing home that I can say honestly, became home to my brother. He loved it there as well his family. The staff treated my brother with such care. Staff tended to his every need. I hadn't seen my brother smile so much in just the short time he was there. He loved the food, nurses, staff, and getting back into physical therapy. Gave him hope. He spoke very highly of everyone there. It made our lives easier not having to worry if he was taken care of, changed, cleaned, fed, given his meds and just overall care. His room was always kept clean and his laundry was washed and given back to him and not lost. His personal belongings were kept safe. I have full respect for this facility. Our Family Thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. He felt loved there from all staff, until his last day when the Good Lord took him home. I hope you all know how much we appreciate every single staff there and how we grew to love you all in such a short time. Staff was always so good to us as well and treated us with such kindness and respect. While my brother was transitioning to his new life, you all took care of us bringing us coffe and snacks. You all comforted us, held our hands and hugged us when we most needed it. Thank you from the family of Raul N. Garcia.

4 days of me trying to call them, 4 days of no answers. That is unacceptable as a nursing home. Do not put your people here if you want any updates on their health. You won't get an answer.

This place is down right horrible! Its nasty and so much is either broken or missing. The staff and management are rude and unprofessional. All these bad yet honest reviews from years ago are still 100% true to this day! Most the recent good reviews are employees trying to make the building seem better when in reality it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm honestly not sure how this place is even allowed to remain open, especially how they treat the residents and the safety issues they ignore.

This place is the worst every time a family calls bout their love one they can never get a hold of anyone and when they do the love one ( who happens to be my husband ) gets told by the nurse that his dad is fine then she hangs up.now when I was a certified nurse aide in nursing homes that was not proper etiquette for nursing staff and the family members r informed bout how their love one is eating and sleeping etc and no I am not going to contact u by email.not only am.i a former CNA but I am also the voice for the elderly
