Assisted a friend in finding a Walker for at home use. A little on the pricey side as far as walkers go. But they have a great team and the customer service was great.

My father was sent home from hospital with oxygen. These people called the next day and informed us that his deductible was not met, and that it would cost 250 a month until it is met. I told them we did not want it, to come pick it up. They never said hey, we are going to charge you for a month regardless so you should keep it for a month. Instead they picked it up, and for a few hours of use they charged him a full months rental. When I called to talk to them about it I basically got thats the way it is. Would absolutely never use again. Just another reminder of how the medical system in this country is broken

Your parents would be dead or in a rehab waiting on them. Waited since March for them to tell us the insurance wouldn't cover something. Blamed it on staffing issues not my problem could of already bought it outright

Excellent service. Very friendly and found solutions to get me my equipment even delivering to my workplace out of town.
