Ordered my tires online and then received a message when they arrived. Great service. They fill your tires with nitrogen which is great. Never had that done anywhere else. They provided instructions on how to register your tires with the manufacturer. They also provided instructions on how to properly care for your tires. I would definitely recommend these folks and will get my tires here from now on.

If they have decided they do not want to rotate your tires, they will make any excuse to get out of it. 1. The guy called me and told me it doesnt need a tire rotation based off the miles. I told him that when I got an alignment they told me to do tire rotations every 5k miles. 2. Then he told me well based off the usage it doesnt need a tire rotation. I told him well since I already made an appointment and already dropped off the vehicle I might as well just get it done. 3. He calls me again and tells me the lift point is broken and they cant do the tire rotation. I told him that this is the only place I go to get my tire rotation so if something went wrong it had to be with them. He told me it could be because of me going over an elevated road. Ive switched all my cars to discount tire. This is the only vehicle remaining. Never will I ever deal with Costco tires again.
