        Hot water heater tank burst yesterday, Roto Rooter had a plumber out within the hour, worked on a quote and had a new one installed within the day. Edgar was awesome, we had a few issues that he had to resolve and he did it all. Price was steep but you pay for excellence and Edgar definitely was that.

        The plumber, clean-up supervisor (Juan), clean-up crew (Minor and team member) to rebuild team (Leticia and crew) were extremely professional, detailed and kind. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, cleaning and rebuilding needs.

        Charged a huge amount for little work and then told us we cannot have the 6 month guarantee because of broken pipe. If we cannot have the guarantee then why charge so much for your service. 350 dollars for 10 minutes of work with no protection is a huge rip off. Will not use your services any longer.
