I spent hours uploading everything to her website that she would need to process a refi for us. I waited and waited and never heard from anyone so I called. I gave the lady what she said she needed. I waited and waited some more. Days went by. I call again. I get through to Cathy. She'd "been meaning to call me". Ok. So I send her more info after she states they googled my house which was before I bought it and nothing like it looks today because it was a complete gut and remodel. She says no one likes to do a loan for so little (we were wanting to do a refi with cash back for $80k). I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and still no call from her. Bottom line, if you aren't buying a big expensive house, she's not going to waste her time on you. Considering my family owns tire stores across the state and I have a youtube channel and was a Realtor for 10 years, you'd think she'd realize my SOI is pretty large and would have netted her a lot of free advertising. She did not help me with my refi but she did give me an idea about a YT video on this subject and how some companies are completely disenfranchising some neighborhoods because they won't make enough commission. I do not recommend this company.

Michelle LeBlanc was a pleasure to work with during our refinance. The entire process from the application to closing was smooth and efficient thanks to Michelle and her team. We will definitely work with her again.

We didn't end up going with baker mortage because the builder offered us so many incentives including a lower interest rate, down-payment assistance, and help with closing cost. However, Baker mortage was great. Kathy taught me more on the phone than i had learned anywhere else. She also gave me an honest assessment of what I could comfortably afford. The housing market is hot so it took a day or two between messages to get a response. Be patient! Your not the only customer.
