I am extremely disappointed with this Mens Wearhouse location, and I do not recommend that other people buy their mens suits here. I was poorly measured and fittedtoo large a circumference in the chest and too wide in the shoulders, the latter of which cant be tailored to fitand the tailoring was of poor qualitywhen I took my ill-fitting suit to a third-party tailor to try to salvage things, the coat sleeves werent evenly long. I came in to explain that the coat was too wide in the shoulders, and that I had sunk a lot of resources into trying to salvage the suit but that it still did not fit (and never would fit, due to being poorly-fit in ways that cant be fixed by tailoring), and asked if I could trade it in for a suit that would fit. I put on the coat to demonstrate that it still did not fit, and they didnt agree that it didnt fit me (which tracks, because thats how I ended up with the suit that didnt fit in the first place). The employees did not merely decline my request for to trade in the suit or be made whole, but rather replied with a dismissive scoff(!) at the suggestion. I do not recommend this location of Mens Wearhouse. The employees sold me a suit that doesnt fit, doubled down on the suit fitting well when it didnt, and were dismissive of my request for a different suit that does fit.

Absolutely horrible service.me and my husband usually love shopping at mens Wearhouse , so when we visited Houston came to this store. The sales girl was absolutely horrible to us, so we left in 20 seconds and drove to another store 13 miles away to buy the shirt we wanted.

Went to this location to be fit for a wedding. The suit I tried on for the fitting was perfect but what I was given on the day of the wedding was a different story. I had to use 10+ safety pins just to make the pants and neck look close to reasonable. When I approached the store about this issue on the day of the drop off, they had me put on the jacket and told me it looked fine. It was so not fine that the wedding photographer had to stop photos for other groomsmen to attempt to fix the horrible fit. No accountability. No customer service. Very disappointed in Mens Wearhouse and will never return. Avoid at all costs.
