KO Rage has become our familys second home. The adults and kids classes are amazing. Our children have learned so much and look forward to coming to class every day. Paul is an amazing instructor who truly gives his ALL to his students. The gym is spotless and Beta is the sweetest. We are so lucky to have them here in Riverstone!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Paul is an amazing martial artist and instructor. He knows how to fine tune and "big picture" train kids and adults. Every class, I learn something new, even after over a decade of martial arts. Beta teaches a challenging cardio kickboxing class. Her combinations are fun and challenging, but can accommodate any fitness level. Instrutor Bombril's capoeira classes offer something different from most martial arts studios. He has so much patience teaching us to move our bodies in ways we aren't used to. Overall, this studio is perfect for families and adults for fitness and martial arts. This place will not disappoint; you will be so glad you tried it out!

Paul song is a great coach, he and Roberta built a beautiful gym in a stunning place. The grand opening in January was breathtaking with so many students and professionals attending the master class with Rafael Cordeiro and Cris Cyborg. I wish them all deserved success.
