Amir was waiting our arrival early at the airport, he sent us info as to exactly where he was. He quickly & efficiently put our bags in the sprinter. Very personable & professional. Got us home safely in a timely manner, very good experience overall!

This was our second time using Amir and Sugar Land Exclusive Limo. The first time Amir arrived 15 minutes late. I should've seen that as a warning sign. Hired him again on November 10 for an early morning flight with a 6:30am pickup time. I called over 10 times and after 30 minutes still did not hear from anyone. Never heard from him again. We would have definitely missed our flight, but were able to find an SUV large enough on uber and made it 5 minutes before gates closed. There are a hundred other companies to choose from DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Service: Limousines

I have used this service twice now for airport service and it is always a great experience using them. Amir was professional and always on time. He drove very safely and Ive never once had an issue. He was also very helpful with our luggage and we felt like we received a great value using this company. When you book your appointment they are always very responsive to any questions you have and they do everything they can to be accommodating. SL rep confirmed our round trip arrangements, gave me confirmation number and price. 1st trip was fine, but didnt show up for 2nd half of trip. When I called and asked where the driver was, I was told my daughter canceled the 2nd half of reservation,not true. When I told him that was not true, he started making up other stories and said I didnt have a reservation so I reminded him about the confirmation number, etc. we ended up calling Uber.otherwise we would still be waiting!
