        They never answer the phone. I call 5 times during 2 business days and no answer. I call state farm and i was told i need to start the policy with them because they are in charge in my area

        They increase your rate every 6 months even though you have a clean, great driving history with no claim. They aren't interested in keeping their good customers for long-term
