FNBIA - Bar Insurance

All I can say is appalling service. The receptionist is always very nice, very courteous and willing when I call but good luck on actually getting anyone in the office to respond to you. It's been over two months and the agent/ broker assigned to dealing with my claim does not respond to my regular emails seeking an update. I don't have time to be constantly calling and harassing these people for updates on a relatively straight-forward claim. I work full time in client services, and I can appreciate approvals etc. can take time behind the scenes, but to ghost clients and consistently ignore them is not good for business. If they get their act together, I am more than happy to provide an update to this review.

Incredibly rude people to deal with. When I called, the woman I spoke to was kind and helpful, but the individual who responded to me a few times via email was extremely rude. They will never receive my business, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

It is hard to get someone on the phone and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful. It would help if they put an email address on their website for you to use. I never leave bad reviews anywhere but dealing with these people is a nightmare. They don't even deserve the 1 star required to post. I hope they can improve.
