        The nice way to say it,......This company is a joke! No communication from the Agents! The Supervisor will NEVER answer her phone and NEVER return phone calls or emails! If you need insurance go anywhere else,.....If your involved in an accident and the other driver says they have insurance with CONNECT INSURANCE,....get ready for it!! It will be a very frustrating experience that will last about a month and you will just finally give up!
