    I am 65 yo and was in ICU and hospital with Sepsis, pneumonia, and UTI for 4 months. Also broken ankle. My PT Brian had me up and walking with a walker in 2 months. My home health nurse Sonya was also amazing. This company is very concerned about your health. Very professional and caring. I had OT through another agency. Pitiful, only came 4 times and their nurse approved me for more visits. Diversity Care is the BEST and I highly recommend them. I am a retired nurse. They are the reason I am walking again. I was in skilled nursing rehab for 20 days and they did nothing for me, but kick me out when my time was up. Call Diversity Care.You will not regret it. Amazing, skilled, and caring staff.

    We have had such a great experience with Diversity. The nurse, Kenneth, who has been caring for my son for over 10 months, has been attentive, caring and knowledgeable about his situation every step of the way. We feel very blessed to have been partnered with such a great nurse, but this wasnt the first time. We worked with another nurse on a previous wound through Diversity, for another extended period of time, named Salima, and she was wonderful as well. Both employees we have worked with have been professional, wise, and caring. Great job!!

    If I could give this company a 0, I would. We only used them for a month, and this has been a terrible company to work with. Their nurse wouldnt touch my mom (wouldnt wrap her wounds or anything), the physical therapist spent more time on her phone than helping my mom, and we never even had someone from occupational therapy come out. My mom was having a hard time breathing and my sister called the on-call nurse and every number in their handbook that they gave us, 14 times over the weekend to get some help, and no one picked up or even returned her call. Then when I called the terminate their service, the receptionist gave me an attitude and hung up the phone on me before I had a chance to speak to a supervisor. So unprofessional.

    They sent several nurses before finally a good one that knew what she was doing but the last visit before she went on Christmas vacation they called me to tell me they could not afford to pay a nurse to visit me for the 4 visits my nurse would be on vacation. They sent a nurse for the next 2 visits they dumped me the Friday before Christmas which was a Sunday. I was nothing but a transaction to them. Not a human being with health care needs. I then missed 2 nurse visits before a new company could be found by my wound care clinic. For the company that picked me up out of the pool informed me after Christmas they did not have enough nurses to visit. Getting supplies through diversity was like pulling teeth plus they used an out of network provider leaving me an $1800 bill that I cant pay.

    If I could give this company a zero. I would. I am on TPN treatment and on my first nurse visit coming home from being admitted to the hospital, they sent an nurse that was not trained on taking blood and or on how to change TPN dressing. (The whole point of me needing a nurse visit once a week.) The nurses don't give you a time of when they will arrive. They just leave you to sit around waiting on when they may show up. When they do call to give a time they do not show up at that actual time. Very unprofessional. I have had to call on several times on several occasions. They have made this experience bad and stressful. To the point I no longer want treatment!
