    The most caring and amazing staff EVER!! It truly pleased our family to have our mom under the care of Apple Home Hlthcare. From the first day of care up until the last day of care (due to change of insurance), we were so completely satisfied with Nurse Thuy and the office staff. The coordination of care from her PCP to office staff to the nurses, PTs, and OTs was always done with respect, professionalism, tender care, in a timely manner, and extreme patience. Thanks to all the dedicated employees that we so greatly appreciated.

    I posted a resume online & was contacted by Apple Homecare. Jennifer Adams, the manager for the Tyler & Houston locations, left me a voice message stating she wanted to speak with me. I wasn't available when she called, but I called her back shortly after. There was no answer on her end, so I contacted her approximately 2 more times. I should have known that this wasn't the company that I needed to work for because apparently she was ignoring my calls & when she did answer she rudely stated, "Tracey, I would like to speak with you about the position, but I can't do it right now. I'm in the middle of something, ok?!" I was taken aback by her tone being that SHE contacted ME about MY resume, not the other way around. I didn't hold my breath & didn't expect a call back. Well, approximately a week later she contacted me to set up a interview for August 2, 2017. I arrived in professional, formal attire as I always do with a copy of my resume, an application, my degree, & my credentials. I was instantly told that they would be hiring 2 people for the position. The office didn't look like much. It looked as if someone rented a warehouse & placed a few desks in there. The interview went well, but as I was leaving out, I noticed another lady waiting for a interview. When I heard the story of how Apple came about, the care that I was told that they give to their pediatric patients, how they needed someone to help build up the Houston office, I wanted to be apart of that. I asked her when she would make a decision & I was told within the week. After the interview, I sent a thank you out to Jennifer for interviewing me. I waited approximately 3 days & contacted her. No response. A week passed by & I contact her again, no response. 9 days passed by & I finally got a response stating that they hired 1 person, but 1 more position was available. I informed her that I received another job offer, but Apple was my 1st choice. She stated that she was definitely interested, but hadn't made her final decision yet. I periodically checked in to see if a decision has been made. I even told her that if it wasn't me to please let me know so that I can accept the other position. I don't want to waste her time & I would appreciate it if she didn't waste mine. I even wished them well wishes if I wasn't the person hired, but would really like to know. I continued to contact her with no response. Totally just ignored me, never contacted me. I think it's not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful to lead someone on. No wonder there are bad reviews on other sites about this company. I will now spread the word about this home health agency. I'm glad that she ignored me because it probably wasn't what she claimed it to be. Based on the reviews, it seemed as if I dodged a bullet. Word of advice: if you don't want to hire someone, tell them upfront. Don't lie & say that you're definitely interested & you're really considering on hiring someone when you have no intentions to do so. It's a waste of both parties time. You contacted me about my resume. Please understand that time is precious. Will never recommend such an unprofessional company
