If you're looking for a home health services I highly don't recommend this company due to the rudeness unprofessional behavior of the main supervisor Jay. I was a provider briefly for a patient but due to her incompetence in explaining the process and it has been an extremely difficult with recording time by phone. I was excused of not calling in my time when I actually did each day. I don't deal with anyone that is rude and unprofessional attitude with me so I told the patient to get a new provider. I was brand new to being a provider so its unfortunate that I was matched with such a incompetent unprofessional
and lack appropriate communication skills to be in a supervisor position. The owner should strongly consider replacing Jay with someone better.
