Dhiren Kalal has been providing physical therapy for me. He is very professional and vary through in attending to my particular needs. I am unfortunately still suffering from the effects of the COVID-19 virus which has affected the strength in my legs. He has provided unique exercises for me and has worked with me in regaining my ability to walk. I am very appreciative of the unique help he is providing. Reagan Redman

Doesn't show up on time or at all. Office does not return calls, even on emergency lines.No regard for patient health or needs.This is a terribly unprofessional co.

I do not recommend this Home Health Care agency. Not because of the practitioners, but due to the inefficient business practices. They do not return calls. We were unable to finalize services needed and the services we were receiving were abruptly interrupted because they were missing a doctor's signature. They called to let us know and did nothing on their end to facilitate a solution. It was discovered they had the wrong fax number for the rehab center so the doctor never received the evaluation to sign. However, the rehab facility was unable to provide the correct fax number because they wouldn't call them back either. We never resolved this situation and I never received a call back to do so. Again, the practitioners that we did encounter were helpful and great, however the business side of this agency is a total nightmare and unacceptable. Not recommended. Response to reply: Your response is not applicable to our situation, so not sure which patient you believe this is in reference to. However, good to know you respond here because you have never returned a call. Can't do our part without assistance and guidance from the experts in the field and because our calls were never returned, nor did the rehab agency receive a return call from you, we have both been left with unmet expectations.

We can not Thank Mr D enough for all the hard work and progress he has done with our daughter. Courtney became a paraplegic after a cluster of Cancerous tumors invaded her Spinal Cord. She has been paralyzed for about 1.5 years. A small amount of movement started in one toe and progressed to a point that her Oncologist signed paperwork for PT through our Home Health provider. Mr D.....a very kind and respectful man - arrived here and began working with Courtney and encouraging her throughout each session. She works really well with him and for him...and today, she stood up!!! She is determined to walk again - and with Mr D's help....we see it is a true possibility!! Thank you Mr D.....we are so appreciative of all you have done and continue to do for Courtney!!
