End to End process was smooth as silk. Measurement appointment and process was seamless (Ed Watson), the scheduling and ordering was timely, the installers (Javier, Issac, and Joel) were amazingly helpful and professional. They completed the whole house (2500+ sft of carpet space) in one 11 hour day making our life easier (get back to normal quicker). Very very satisfied with My Flooring America team. I had a water leak on the second floor of my home which flooded about half the house. My dealings with My Flooring America were Excellent from start to finish. Chip Reeder came out and provided my insurance with a very detailed estimate of damages which really helped to settle with the insurance company quickly and easily. My wife and I visited My Flooring America in Sugar Land where the very knowledgeable Edward educated us about carpet, grades, materials, costs, etc. We were able to choose from an extensive selection. Chip facilitated that purchase and helped arrange for installation. The carpet arrived very quickly. Javier and his team removed the old carpet, moved big pieces of furniture as needed, and installed my entire house with new carpet and pad in one day and were meticulous in their work and workmanship. Horrible Experience. We were reassured that our install would be completed in a day and only until the installers were almost done, did they realize that they didn't have enough carpet. Turns out they never ordered enough carpet to begin with, but noone bothered to let us know. We waited a whole week for the job to be completed only to be told that they were not sure when the new carpet would arrive or what time it would be installed. ***Response to Owner - I called but no answer. I left a voicemail. Order is under my husband's name. Talk to Edward , your sales rep or Leo, i'm sure they can fill you in!
