Ms. Moss handle the probate affairs of my deceased brother. It was written in a way that the banks and credit unions could not interpret what Ms. Moss wrote and would not release any funds until they received clarification. Upon requesting clarification Ms Moss could not be found would not respond and never spoke to anyone, the family or the banks and credit Unions trying to interpret what she wrote. This is terrible customer service and a dereliction of duty. I would not recommend this law firm or Ms. Moss to anyone her customer service is horrible simply disgusting. And that my friend is the truth in its entirety.

She was hired by my stepmother in regards to my fathers small estate affidavit. Every bank so far has had issues interpreting the affidavit the way she wrote it, including one who will not release the funds until they can get further clarification from Ms.Moss. My stepmother, myself, and the banks have called on several occasions for approximately a month and her legal assistants always answer saying Ms. Moss is unavailable and they will relay the message to her and there has been no progress, nor has she reached out to anyone. Either they are not relaying the message or Ms.Moss is simply just not responding. Would not recommend if you are trying to get things done in a timely fashion.

I would give a 0 but I cant. This woman wasted my time with a case by stating she was taking the case and held onto my case for a week. This caused me to have to hurry and enter my own answer to the court and her excuse was to me her case load was too much. This should have been her response instead of agreeing to take the case in the first place so I could seek other counsel during this time period. This was not handled professionally or even considering my time constraints for the answer tot he court. Im the end I had to scramble to get all of my stuff ready the night before it was due in order to keep the court from making a judgment because I didnt answer he claim. Very frustrating and unprofessional!!!
