Precision Cardiovascular Diagnostics

I wanted to share our recent experience with Precision Cardiovascular Diagnostics (PCD) in the hope that it may benefit others who find themselves in similar situations.My father, who is 80 years old and grappling with several medical conditions, faces challenges when it comes to traveling to clinics or imaging centers. Thankfully, his primary care physician recommended PCD, and it turned out to be a game-changer for us.Discovering the existence of mobile imaging was a revelation, and when we reached out to PCD, they scheduled the Echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) for the very next day to rule out a blood clot in the left chamber of the heart. The technician arrived at our home with a sleek portable ultrasound machine and conducted the exam with both expertise and kindness. This not only spared my father the psychological distress associated with travel but also eliminated the need for expensive wheelchair transportation to other imaging centers. Remarkably, the examination took place in the comfort of our home, even with our cat curiously watching the screen, Lol!The report was promptly available in the portal the same day to print. When my father's surgeon requested to review the ultrasound images the following week, a simple call to PCD resulted in the swift email reply with a secure encrypted and password-protected link for the surgeon to access all the images. This streamlined process was a far cry from the delays and technical issues we had encountered elsewhere, where they have the conventional method of burning images onto a disc which was difficult to open and view the images by the physicians.Impressively, when our surgeon had a question for the reading cardiologists, they received a call within 15 minutes, and the report was reviewed promptly.I must express my gratitude for the caring, kind, and intellectually insightful suggestions provided by the PCD tech. Their reasonable prices, coupled with the convenience of home-based exams, not only saved us travel time and gas but also made the entire process more manageable and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Cardiovascular Diagnostics for their exceptional service, compassionate approach, and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing health challenges.

I experienced excellent service and would unquestionably choose it again, though, with the hope that I won't need to, as I am committed to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. They thoroughly guided me through every aspect before and after the exam, and I couldn't have asked for a more comprehensive and supportive experience, honestly.

Our facilities have used the services of Precision Cardiovascular and Diagnostics for over 4 years as it is not financially responsible for us to keep our own in-house ultrasound department. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service, radiology and cardiology reads, and the overall way Roy and PCD has worked tirelessly to fulfill our US needs. Update: We needed another echo this year, and Precision Cardiovascular was first on my list to call! Another great experience once again. Thanks for being dedicated to professionalism and quality!! Original: Roy is very qualified and very organized. (Friendly too!) He took good notes the first time I called for info so that he knew the details of my request the second time I called to actually schedule. Easy, fast scheduling too. I quizzed him about what it takes to do mobile ultrasounds and learned that he has extensive education and training, has been doing these tests for years, and contracts with hospitals and other facilities for their testing needs. I was also impressed with the speed of delivering results. He sent the report to the doctor as soon as it was read (next day I think), and emailed me a copy. When the doctors office said they couldnt find it, he was quick to reply to them and resend it. After dealing with that disorganized doctors office the last three months, Roys organization and prompt follow up was a welcomed change. Everything was handled well start to finish!
