Spectacular care! Doctor and staff all were so welcoming, caring, and attentive to our needs. Treatment time and communication in-between was fantastic. Highly recommend as a first timer!

Dr. Jetton and staff are wonderful! I have never had an issue with their office and their staff is top notch! They are calm and polite and thoroughly explain all the options on the table for treatment. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Dr. Jetton!

I'm not sure why people give her high ratings. So first of all her personality is not for children she is not very welcoming or have much of a personality when dealing with the children. Issue #2 watch your billing, I went in for cavities and we were told one price which I paid in office I went back for the follow up and cleaning where they said I still had a balance that insurance didn't pay, so I paid it at that time as well as the cost for an extraction for a broken tooth. I am now getting another bill saying insurance didn't cover, well im not paying that because you are now tacking on a charge that is now all of a sudden not covered that I've already paid twice for???? The second visit was 100% covered it was just a cleaning and follow up. And yet you are saying I owe for that too,, something isn't right and I feel this doctor adds charges after the fact and you will never pay the quoted prices they give you in the office. No thank you will not be paying all the additional charges that magically appeared after the fact and you don't exactly make kids feel at ease. We changed to a much more professional pediatric dentist that makes children feel comfortable and WANT to go to the dentist. Gretchen Jetton is NOT the dentist for that. There are other pediatric dentist that will make your child feel comfortable and also not demand you put them under for a cavity when the parent isnt comfortable with that. This is just the icing on the cake after the whole billing issue. That FYI I requested explanation which NOT 1 person in that office could give me on why I kept having a balance even after paying it down to $0 every time I was in office. Mystery charges only after I left the office, never on the paperwork provided showing a zero balance on my paid receipts. Dentist is scandalous and underhanded with charges with the insurance.
