Love this dentist office! I feel so welcome and comfortable every time I come for a checkup. Taylor and Dr Walker took care of my teeth today and it was a great experience. Of course, Monique and Payton made check in and check out a breeze. They explained all my benefits so I could understand exactly what was covered etc. I highly recommend Dentists of Riverstone.

Amazing team. Taylor, Peyton, Teresa, and Dr. Cao were all sweet and caring. They listened to my concerns and talked me through the entire procedure and the options available to me. Very thorough in explaining and helping me understand what I need and can do for my dental care. Im normally afraid of dentists both because of costs and how painful it can be. That was not my experience here. They were caring, gentle, and transparent.

I had a very bad experience at my previous denist. So went in and saw Dr Cao was a very good Denist answered all my questions. But when trying to get my permanent Dentures it was way over what I expected. Gave me to different brochure s for payments for all I had was ny Medicare and second ins. Was going to be almost 7 ton8 thousand extra besides my insurance. Well then I called one a Wensday I thought I cut my gum or had a abcess , I wound up getting a tech on the phone don't remember her name I just wanted to be seen. I was told to stop using salt water which I had been using and anbesol for the pain to stop this also. Okay she Saud she would call me back in 5 to 7 days. Well Saturday it hurt so bad I went to urgent care I had a bad abcess they gave me antibotics and Mouth Rinse. So much for care of your patients. And no one ever called me back, I even left a message on Saturday apparently no one checks there messages. I had been saving to get them to do my permanent dentures, Well I would not go back to this office if this is how they treat there patients .... Very bad At caring about people. I finally thought I found a good Denist office NOT!!!!
