Gerardo and his crew were professional, courteous, and skillful doing an amazing job with my new floors. I appreciate this family-run business and their friendly manner and supportive ideas. Im now getting bids for kitchen renovation and highly recommend this business if you want the personal touch and excellent customer service.

    I was looking to have my kitchen backsplash redone. After making some inquiries, Kalse reached out to me. She brought samples to my home and helped me make some selections. The installation itself was horrendous. They sent out an installer who was not only trained properly, but had extremely limited English, therefore, the communication was very strained. The installer did not have an idea of what needed to be done and the communication between the project manager Conner and the installer was missing. The installer mentioned that he did not get paid for this project upfront so the money had to come out of his pocket, to which he had no money. He said that the company is constantly asking him to do projects without paying him upfront and its very difficult for him to proceed with a project. In addition, he mentioned that he had kids to feed and having no money upfront did not help him. Connor had promised that this project would take only one day. I asked him multiple times if it would truly only take one day and he stated that it would only take one day. Also, the installer did not come on time like promised. During the installation, he left to go to Home Depot and was gone for two+ hours. The installer stated to me that he would not be able to finish this project in one day, and that the project manner was crazy to even think this could happen and started referencing to other jobs that the project manager requested that he could not do. He finished only one wall and stated he would return the next day. When he left, the wall that he did was beyond horrific. The tiles were installed unevenly and sloppy, bits and pieces were cut unevenly, and there was no pattern with rhyme or reason. He cut pieces and basically just placed them wherever he thought he could fill in spaces. The trimmings were just thrown up and glued onto the wall, sticking out by many inches. The wall was a disaster. I was absolutely horrified. I tried multiple times to reach out to Connor, to which he never replied. So I reached out to Kalse and she helped find some solutions. Eventually, the owner texted me and said that they would try to make this right. But not much effort was put into making it right at that moment. I had to constantly text Kalse and call her with my frustrations, to the point where I was going to cry. The owner stated that this could not be done in one day when Connor stated that it could. I told the manager that I did not want that installer to come back to my home because of the terrible job that he did. The owner suggested that I choose different tiles since that pattern might be difficult to place, which made no sense if this is your profession. Long story short, they stated that they would get another installer to come out, yet they could not accommodate me on the day that I could take off of work like they originally stated. The owner also told me that the new installer would be coming out at 3 PM on Saturday versus the original 10 AM time that was promised. When I argued and said that was not acceptable, the owner had the audacity to state that she would then send back the original installer who did the disastrous job back to my home!!!!! The new installer that came out eventually did a fantastic job. Carlos was amazing and I will forever be indebted to him correcting this mistake that was made. His work was impeccable and his communication was amazing. TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL. My backsplash looks wonderful. I would not trust this company to do any home projects. I DO trust Kalse, who was amazing in this whole process. She was very proactive and trying to figure out solutions, and she tried so much more than the project manager and the owner themselves. She was the only saving grace to this whole project besides Carlos. I could not have done this without her. I trust her judgment, and her opinions, which unfortunately had nothing to do with the installation itself. Bless her heart, she made the difference in this terrible experience that I had. I give her mad props for helping to fix this situation.
