Chase Bank

The woman who helped me was named Kokila Modi, and she gave wonderful service. This was my only time at this branch and I admittedly had a simple task. But I was greeted at the door and directed to the right line based on my issue, and was acknowledged while I was waited that they'll get to me. And Kokila was not only quick, but very sweet and social. The small interaction brightened my day!

Nobody picks up the phone. In bank service by the lady agent is exceptionally great. I would have given a 5 star but my issues need repeated reminders for resolution. Difficult to schedule an appointment as under staffed.

Worst banking experience out of all Chase branches. Everything is outdated and slow. Please add more self service kiosks if you dont have enough tellers on site.
