Had a blockage cleared in the main drainage line cleared in the AVC System.There was broken pipe that dripping into the ceiling causing damage to the ceiling.Trademarked immediately came out fixed the problem. Im very grateful for their quick response and concern. Service: HVAC system maintenance

11:30pm 1/23/24- alarm goes off on water heater drain pan. Drain blocked too!!! I contacted Trademark and they walked me thru how to find and turn off water valve. No damage thankfully and they were out first thing this morning to assess. 8 year old water heater died. Eric and assistant put in a new one today! Thanks to Jason for scheduling so quickly and Eric yet again in getting the job done! Excellent service! Highly recommended! ****************************** 7/1/23- Saturday during this heat wave and AC stops cooling over night. Trademark (Jason and Eric) come thru again! 5 year old AC system - warranty part - timely, and quickly serviced! Excellent company.
