Portia Haggerty in Sugarland, Texas is the WORST and most unprofessional accountant (CPA) I have ever encountered. I do not recommend her to anyone. She does not value her clients, does not answers emails and calls unless you try 5 times, when you do call she is too busy to talk to you and has more important things to handle, and she doesn't keep her word on deals and agreements that are made. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a tax "professional"
