Billed without notification of change and claimed Im out of network - WRONG!!!

My mother passed away and I contacted her APAP supply company to stop sending her resupplies. They sent them out AFTER she passes away. I eventually physically returned them due to numerous attempts to get a shipping label which was supposed to be sent to me 3 different times. They got them back and I thought it was over until we get an EOB in the mail. Seems Skoro still sent out invoices to United Healthcare and was paid as well as Tricare for Life (they paid nothing). I let UHC know so they could hopefully get their money back. I can't believe Skoro was so money hungry. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what they have to say about what they did. Low life's!?

I have been contacted to order new breathing machine supplies, they told me I was eligible for some items. Then they sent me a bill about 2 months later saying my insurance did not cover them because I have not met my deductible at the time I ordered. I talked to them, saying I would not have ordered them if they were not covered. So I asked them for a shipping label to return the items, which they did in the past, the billing department said no, they no longer sent them out. I don't believe it. I think they have very poor service, they don't care for your business.
