Rude staff, never returns phone calls, the doctor will go on vacation and not notify the patient that the appointment has to be rescheduled, very unprofessional.

Administrator who sets up appointments has a rude tone and seems to want to rush the call. I did not set up my appointment due to this reason. I was calling as a new patient, as I just moved and am looking for a new PCP. I will be looking elsewhere in my area.

Dr. Starks is wonderful! Ive been seeing her about 2 years now. Shes very attentive and patient and she focuses on what Im concerned about. I dont like going to the doctor personally but she makes it very comfortable and puts me at ease every time . It is a little difficult to get through on the phones sometimes, but with Covid thats understandable. Everything has been crazy. Nothing bad can be said about her, from me. As long as I can keep her as my doctor I definitely will!

Giovanna Starks M.D, earned her medical degree from the Universidad de San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru. She then continued to complete her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford and joined the teaching Faculty after her graduation. She was able to help train Residents while maintaining a very active patient panel until her relocation to Spring, TX as a general practitioner Houston. Dr. Starks is one of our Houston doctors who is fluent in both English and Spanish and accepts patients of all ages. Her major interest is to continue to care for the health of entire families and build strong relationships with them at our Houston family practice. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Starks enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her children.
