Doug was very friendly and considerate. I like his hospitable and friendly nature when he does business. He accommodated us with a very reasonable price that we had only enough for and included all the taxes and other fees into that one price. No complicated jargon and other non-sense. It was simple straightforward and Im completely happy with the purchase. After we bought the car he then got us an oil change and engine filter replacement. Hes a nice guy and a good businessman. I would buy another car from him if I needed to.
