Rachael is excellent at communicating with about any of our travel needs. She's incredibly knowledgable, quick to respond, and delightful to work with. Booking with her is very easy and she definitely cares about her clients. We will absolutely continue to book our adventures with her in the future.

Where can I start. Rachael has been amazing since day 1. This trip was extra special for me and she made it happen. Heard my wants and needs and she went to work. I didnt have to worry about anything. She responded all my worries and concerns. She explained how to use the Genie+. Even though it wasnt my first Disney trip, she sure did give me amazing recommendations. It was my first trip going to Universal Studios and took all her advice and suggestions to heart. You can tell she really loves what she does. She is very kind, friendly and reliable. I will 1000% recommend her and Allonsy Travel and she will always be my go to travel specialist.
