Emerald Escapes

In August of 2020, we met with Emerald Escapes to hire them to get us out of our timeshare. We paid over $6,000, and we have the paperwork and audio recording stating we would be refunded our money, if they were unable to get us out of our timeshare with the amount of money paid, as well as a 12 month time frame. I have left SEVERAL messages with no communication. We have NOT seen a refund in what we paid, and we are still bound to the timeshare. We have been paying our monthly dues this entire time. ****I saw a response to someone else who reviewed this company, and it is not true!**** They may have gotten people out of their timeshare, however, we are ones who feel SCAMMED!!!!! Do not do business with EMERALD ESCAPES! They will say anything and everything to get you to sign on the dotted line and pay them. Again August 2022 will be 2 years we have been dealing with this, yet we were ENSURED a refund if our relinquishment was not taken care of within 12 months. LIE!!!!! To the company If you feel I am incorrect, I will expect to be contacted, and we will be looking for our full refund ASAP! PERIOD!

SCAM! Do not be suckered into giving this company ANY money to relinquish your timeshare! August 2020, we paid over $6,000 for this company to handle the transfer of relinquishing our mortgage for the timeshare we owned. The payment was supposed to be the only monies needed, and we were going to be free of the payments on the timeshare within 12 months! Wow... WHAT A LIE! Here is it June 2022, and we can never get a hold of anyone! Communication from the third party company has been horrible! Today, we were informed that to get out of the timeshare, we would need to pay another $7,700...OR just stop paying and let it hit our credit! This company MISREPRESENTED what was going to happen and how they would be helping us! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME, or it will be gone, and you'll be in the same predicament you original been in!

SCAM!!!Too bad there's no rating for a zero cause you would've got it. They called me about saving maintenance fees regarding my time share which is with Marriott  because of Covid pandemic and they were holding a meeting to go over ways to do this. Three times I asked if this was Marriott sponsored and three times they said yes. It was not. I drove more than an hour to get there and was informed it is not. Emerald escapes is nothing more than a interval clone and a bad one at that. Don't waste your time and don't listen to their lies!!!
