CAR TOWN TOWING

Couldn't have had a worse experience with a towing service. I had an unfortunate accident that left my vehicle inoperable. Tow truck diver was pushy but assured me he wanted to help with my situation and would take care of the arrangements I.E. getting it to the collision center ETC. I'm incredibly busy and really appreciate not having to worry about that at the time. That was before getting a $800 dollar bill for what was essentially a 2 day storage and 3 mile tow. Pretending to have your customers' best interest in mind while planning on nickel and diming them at a low point is deplorable. Would not recommend using this service.

If I could give them a lower grade I would. This is the worst company to ever do business with. First, they towed my car when the sticker was on the dash board. I showed up at 0900 when the opened and was forced to pay fees that I did not even use. A "mailing fee, storage fee for 2 days when they had my car for less than 12 hours. Rude tow truck driver who saw my disable placard on the dash, stating it was not displayed. What a rip off this company is. You would be better off pushing your car yourself than to use this company.

The tow truck driver, Cody, was nice and patient, but he caused some small damage to the back of my car while lifting it. I called afterwards to report the damage, but no offer was made to repair it or reimburse. Decent service from the driver, but whoever answers their phones is not a people person. If you use them, keep an eye on them and don't expect them to take responsibility for any damage to your vehicle, even if they caused it. Service: Car towing
