Really nice people and good drinks if you like super sweet drinks. Not real tapioca boba, some weird bursting sweet things, they were way too sweet for my taste. The workers were all really nice but the first time I went in they try to entice you with a rewards gift card that you cant even use for your current order and they wait till theyve rung it up to tell you and your stuck with a $25 gift card. For that reason alone I will not be going back.

Quiet and cool place! Friendly service and lots of little treats offered daily. The macarons are SO delicious! The drinks are very creative and change every month I want to say to different themes. A lot of the drinks can be made with low sugar. But you can also have any loose leaf tea combo made or just peruse the already made tea on tap! So many choices! And you can even get a few things by the gallon for home! Edit to add: I forgot to mention that they offer a discount to teachers (I know for a fact) and probably to first responders and military. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Plenty of caffeine free choices for kids and you can limit sugar amounts too. Regular cafe interior, no toys or play spaces or anything. Parking: Huge lot, plenty of spaces. Not a lot of shade tho. Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots available and a ramp up to the sidewalk to enter the store. Inside the store is pretty wide open with tables wheelchair users can just push up to in order to use. Dietary restrictions: You can get sugar free or low sugar options. All the loose leaf is organic I believe and obviously free of everything except flavor!

Stopped in after a pool day and was amazed at the selection and customer service! I got the Tahitian Refresher (passion fruit, pineapple and dragon fruit) and my husband got a peach cobbler chai which was also amazingly delicious. Will be coming for gift ideas for my tea lovers
