Great customer service. The service rep, Sparks, worked with me to setup my account and their app for access. He stayed with me as long as I needed. I spent 20 years working customer service , myself, and IMO, Sparks certainly exceeded expectations - by a mile!

I liked this facility before StoreEase bought them out. Since StoreEase has taken over, I've had nothing but problems. My unit was broken into along with some others near mine back around Thanksgiving. Im not talking about my lock being cut, I mean, the metal fixture that I placed my lock onto had been cut. So, there was no way to secure the unit. When I went back a month later, they still had not replaced or fixed the metal fixture that mylock is supposed to go on. So my unit was unlocked for a whole month, even though I was assured the part had been ordered. I had a smaller unit, and the door that led into the hallway was either always wide open or I physically couldn't open it. There was always an issue with the door. To top it all off, there are 2 big holes cut into the chain link fence on the backend of the property. Anyone can come and go, which makes it easy for criminals to break in. This property is now virtual, which means nobody is there. How are they even going to know if your unit has been broken into? Guess you'll just have to wait and find out like I did.

I have used this facility for several years before StoreEase took over this location. Before their purchase of this property they had people ON SITE that maintained and helped secure this facility. Now that StoreEase has taken over there is no supervision due to no employees being present on the property, just technology and the new owners do not seem to care about the person interaction or the property of those who rent at this facility. Ive notified them more than once now concerning the lack of maintenance included are the pictures to prove. I hope theyll reconsider their business model and give customers a more thoughtful experience considering the compensation they collect each month from those who at the moment are subject to their neglect of the property, smh.

Our Virtual Managers are live and proactively greet every customer who walks though our office front door to address any concerns and coordinate with our on-site crew. We also have a maintenance team on site throughout the week to conduct inspections and ensure that the facility is running smoothly.
We are currently installing smartlocks at our facility. We have communicated this out to all tenants and we have a crew actively working to complete this over the next two weeks. Your smart lock is built in to the unit and is bluetooth enabled, not wifi enabled. Unlike a traditional lock that can be cut off in a matter of seconds, this provides a greater sense of security and control at the property. Also unlike a traditional lock, you don't have to keep up with a physical key. You can digitally share this key and use your smartphone. That said, if this option is not for you, we do provide the option to purchase a fob that can provide ongoing access to the unit.
We apologize for the issues that you noted with your unit. We make every effort to prevent and respond urgently to any and all security concerns, including frequent security reviews and on-site audits conducted weekly. Your concerns have been escalated to our team.
