I misunderstood the lady at school regarding my missing items (school spirit shirts). To clear it up I reached out to the contact person I found on the packing slip, which by the way is Jonathan Dutton. Not even 20 minutes I already got a response regarding the items that were missing. He explained to me what was going on and what to expect. I loved the fact on how quickly he responded and how well he explained the information I was confused about. He made me feel as a valued customer instead of making me feel like me reaching out had caused a road block on his daily work flow. That was great customer service in my books!

I am a golf and football coach near Wichita, Kansas. I have been working with Curtis Hynes to get some gear for my teams and coaches. I attempted to give all the local shops a shot and I received service and prices that were not close to comparable to these guys. Curtis hooked me up with a ton of options, answered a million emails, and was very punctual. No where in the area had richardson hats for months. Curtis and Eagle Custom Apparel customized them and got them to me within 3 weeks of the order. Not only am I super happy with the items, but the coaches and admin are as well. They have definitely earned a new customer and I will be letting all the sports coaches know to reach out to Curtis. I am very satisfied with them and look forward to working with them in the future. I needed a quick turnaround with jerseys for my adult men's league and Eagle came through. I was able to get in touch with David and he was able to help me with my order in my short time frame. My team loved the jerseys and I'll will keep using this company for my future orders. Well done.
