Action Wear Plus

Terrible customer service. Went there two summers in a row with a bulk order. Spent easily $1000+. Wanted to do one shirt as a gift, now I understand it was going to be expensive, but the lady at the fronts body language & ability to sale it to me was horrible, maybe because it was the holiday & they had a lot of orders, but its the little details that count. She even said to me I dont care. Go to Avenue J embroidery. I spent near enough the same amount $75 compared to $80 that she told me, but at least over there they were polite & actually convinced me to spend the money. This lady here, almost behaved like she didnt think I could afford it. I never write reviews, but I couldnt hold back, especially around the holidays. Its all about how you behave, when you dont need someone & the entitlement showed.

We have been using Action Wear Plus for years. They have been instrumental in our branding. We have had clothing embroidered and plaques made. They are like family to me.
