I bought a house which roof was 1.5 year old. The previous owners was old enough to go in attic to check.
There was a small leak in attic at Heater Exit pipe. The wood ply show water dripping marks which cause small hole in the ply. The leak was from the beginning.
Mr Stark visited my house. He asked me to monitor leak when its raining. I send him video of leak at the time of raining. He asked me to put some bowl on floor and he will come to fix it as it is very small job.
Now he is not honoring his words and not answering my calls and text messages. I am sorry to say but he not showing professionalism. He should understand that Roofing is not small business and word of mouth is every thing. Service: Roof installation
