This was my first time ordering from this place. I thought I'd give it a try. The red flag should have been when I walked in and there were only 2 customers there. I ordered a burrito with grilled chicken, peppers, onion, cheese, Pico, sour cream, cilantro rice and charro beans. What I got was something that looked like you would expect from Taco Bell. There was 80% rice and 10% beans and very little of everything else. You couldn't even taste anything but the rice which was bland. While waiting for my order to be prepared, the manager looking person (male) was in the prep area, he then walked over to the cashier (also a male) who was wearing a hair net which is always good. BTW he was the only one wearing one. The manager looking guy starts tucking the cashier's braids back into the hairnrnet with his bare hands. He then proceeds to walk back to the prep area without washing his hands and started working there with the food! Thank goodness he didn't prepare my order. I'll never go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I went to the Spring location. Parking: They're in a large business strip with a gym and large office supply store and other food options. Parking is always somewhat different to find.
