I don't want to mention names, but this realtor did not represent us very well. She was more worried about dealing with the sellers realtor and representing the sellers realtor than representing us. Within 3 days of moving into our home septic stopped working because it was completely 100% full and could have backed up into our house. Our inspector told us to request our realtor to get information on the service. She said she did. Well had she done that, and represented us; we would not have moved into a home, with a 100% full septic tank from the previous owners. Realtors, Y'all need to be making sure when you sell a home with a septic system that you're representing the buyer and that the septic tank is completely emptied . Nobody should have to move into a home with someone else's septic about to back up into their home. Especially a half a million house

Found a property and put in a inquiry was reached out to by an Astrid Forbes The communication with this person sucked, and judging by text Astrid Forbes is a very rude person and was not helpful at all.
