This company is not professional. They came to my home via my home appliance insurance. Did not seen professional and had no knowledge on pools. I have my pool for 17 years and never used a pool company. I always take care of it myself. The pool is green due to a salt cell problem. These cells last about 3-5 years and the in the last 17 years I had to replace salt cells twice. As the choice home insurance took 3 weeks to send someone, I started using chlorine as the salt cell is not working. This company came here, tested the water and said the cell was ok, as there was chlorine in it. They did not listen that I was using chlorine tablets. Later they said the water needs salt - even if the display show 3400 ppm. Later they said the water was cold due to that the cell was not working. In the last 17 years all cells that I had worked even in winter. Now this unskilled guy came and say an absurd as this. On the top they charged an outrageous 5% on top of the insurance service fee. No credit card company charges 5%. So if you want to have an unpleasant day, call this company. . . PS: I have a MS in Chemical Engineering and not only takes care of my pool. I take care of my summer Home pool and never in 20+ years owning pools heard such an amount of nonsense from one single person.

Red wave has completely flipped our pool back into shape. Our pool was yellow and cloudy. Red wave made our pool crystal clear within a week of coming out. The owners are reliable, responsive, and take a personal investment in making sure your pool is running well. I highly suggest not wasting your time with other companies in the area. My pool motor wasnt working correctly. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Red Wave, from start to finish everyone I spoke with was courteous, polite, responsive, and clearly communicated what was wrong with my equipment. I feel like they went above and beyond driving to Houston to purchase a motor and installing it the same day. I would 100% recommend them to a friend as well as use them again in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
