Freedom Plumbing installed a water softener on Feb 14. About a week later the system blew the top off, because a hose clip was not installed. It is now early April and Matt still hasn't been out with the correct parts to make the necessary repairs. Matt isn't returning phone calls and on the rare occasion I actually get to speak with him, he gives me the run around, tells me they are picking up the parts and will call to schedule the repair, but I don't hear from him. He gives me time frames for the repairs to be done, but no one calls or shows up. They are terrible!

Did decent work on the install, but failed to finish the job. Left that day without telling me he didnt replace the drain pan for the hot water heater (maybe he hoped I wouldnt notice?). Ive been chasing after him for 6-weeks now and no luck. Do NOT recommend him for any workwho knows what corners he might cut Update: he did finally respond and make this rightrating updated accordingly (from 1 to 3).

I had a leak in the attic that flooded my bathroom and dining room. I was referred to Matt at Freedom Plumbing. He is also the owner. We had galvanized plumbing. He stated if he fixed just the leak it could cause additional leaks. I chose to replace all the plumbing in the house with PEX to end the leak nightmares from having galvanized plumbing. I also had him update my faucets, toilets and fix a sewer drain issue he found off one of the bathrooms. I asked him to look at a line for my AC that sweats and drips on the ceiling. What I thought was a light at the end of the tunnel has been a service nightmare. He is terrible about no call no shows. I had at least 6. After letting him know I was going to reach out to my attorney because he had still not finished the job then he finally showed up. However, he still did not finish the job. I am still missing a drain for one of the sinks, 3 stoppers for the drains and today I had the wall opened in my master bath to find out he did not replace the plumbing with PEX in this room. It is still galvanized. I also found out that all he did was put tape on the line that was sweating which did not fix the problem. I have another contractor remodeling my home and they will be taking over. I will be looking into my options on how to best resolve this with his company. STAY AWAY! It is not worth the headache. Warning....when you talk to Matt he comes across as a nice guy but getting the work completed will be terrible. Also, getting paperwork or a receipt will also be an issue. I fortunately was very persistent in getting it. I have a paid in full receipt for this work and a list of what he supposedly completed.

Matt to the rescue!! Cannot say enough great things about Freedom Plumbing and Matt. We had an issue Sunday morning, I called he got me on his schedule same day and fixed the issue within ten minutes. He was professional, courteous and very informative. Fixed our issue, explained next steps and gave us some great info. Definitely will be using Freedom Plumbing in the future.
