I would recommend this company to anyone who doesn't have a plummer This was the 1st time I used this company and won't be my last. Kevin was promt and resolved my issue quickly. They are reasonable in their prices and know what they are doing. Thank you so much Kevin and I will be contacting you for my plumbing needs in the future.

The technician, Kevin, checked first where my drain outs were and then he checked the main box and seen that it was completely backed up to that point and informed me that he believed it was that city sewer that was backed up and had me call them to come out. I had another company come out three weeks ago and Because they didnt find the drain out they used a snake down my shower and its still never worked completely well and they charge me 350 they didnt even check the other drain out so I will never use any other company then This company because I found them to be very honest and professional. What an experience, Kevin showed up on time and was amazing. Less than 30 minutes and our clog was no more. Super professional, great value, outstanding attitude and service. No wonder they have 5 star rating. They are now our "go to" plumbing company. Thank you Grand Oaks Okay now used Grand Oaks 3 times and still feel the same way. If you live in the Lake livingston area please give them a call. They are amazing, fast, reliable and trustworthy. It is so hard to find anyone responsive in this area.
