This is the most knowledgeable, customer-centric plumbing service company! I had multiple issues including toilet valve, leaky faucet and water heater problems and both the plumber and his team have been kind, empathetic, and most importantly, knowledgeable! THIS COMPANY INSTALLED THE PLUMBING IN OUR NEW SCALLON CONSTRUCTION. REFUSES TO FIX THE LEAK IN OUR RADON MITIGATION SYSTEM BECAUSE WE ARE "OUT OF WARRANTY" AND CLAIMS HE IS "TOO BUSY TO HELP US." DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. SIMPLY TEXTS HE DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP. EXTREMLEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OTHER PLUMBING COMAPNY LAUGHED WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHO HAD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED THE PIPE IN OUR ATTIC. THERFORE IT IS NOW LEAKING WATER THROUGH OUR CEILING ... ITS NOT EVEN 5 YEARS OLD!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
