I paid him $300 to carrier unlock my iPhone 12 pro last September. He keeps making excuses to why it is yet to be unlocked, first he said it was the company he was going through to unlock it, excuse after excuse. One day I decided to call and he asked what percent he last told me it was on and I said "Oh i forgot" when he last told me "87%" and I actually remembered, I just wanted to catch him in a lie, and he said "oh it's only on 60%" so I told him " then why did you tell me last time 87%?" And he flipped it and said "I was looking at the wrong one". Finally a month ago he said it is unlocked and ready to go, it is still sim locked. He is scamming people and will not give me my money back or even answer my calls now. I paid for a service that was never recieved, I now want my money back or will take you to small claims court. Update: As of today March 27th, he refuses to give me a refund when he never provided the service. It has been 7 months and now he is avoiding me. He is a scammer. I want my money back.

I got my phone fixed by him 4 3 times the screen because it kept going out just to figure out it was the back light that needed fixed 4 times just a for it to still have the same issues wrong & paid extra for warranty TOTAL SCAMM!!

Did the job get done? Yes. Was the work acceptable? Yes. I was annoyed with not giving me a realistic timeframe for completion. I said that I needed the phone back within two hours and so if the fix couldn't be done in two hours, I'd come back at another time. I was told it would take about an hour. Came back maybe ten minutes early, and he had to go get parts, and to come back in 45min. Really?! Came back again an hour later, still wasn't done. Phone was repaired about a total of 5hrs later from the time originally quoted. Oh.. and all that I needed was a simple screen repair for a cellphone.

I had my iPhone 11 unlocked at this location twice now and it constantly keeps locking back to the original carrier. I need this fixed or I can't use my device.

So sad that I read the reviews after I dropped my babys iPad off . Super unprofessional! Eating while hes talking also tried to change the price from 150 to 180 at pickup . He told me he did not have change in cash so I had to find someone he could cashapp the money to. Luckily I read the reviews before pickup & I was ready to play his game . POS
