        They did not drain the oil on my SUV. They sucked it out using a machine I have never seen before. My check engine light immediately came on. They basically told me "we changed the oil, that is all". I took it to the auto parts store next door. They ran a code. Googled the code and the first fix was to change the oil. Took it to my regular mechanic they changed the oil and reset the check engine light for me. Paid for an oil change twice. The corporate office has not gotten back with me. Service: Oil change
